I just upgraded my phone and now when I play on the 6.1 inch display I cannot see my moves at the top? it’s under the black bar.


Is there a fix?!

    The Friends team is aware of the need to adapt the graphics to iPhone13, and they're working on it.

    Got my new phone yesterday. The notch is shaped a little differently than on the 11 or 12.

    Can you support the new screen format?

    I'm sorry you have a problem with the graphics on your new iPhone pro Max 13. 

    Can you maybe provide me with a screenshot so I can see where exactly the problem is? 

    If we ask the studio, we would like to be able to explain exactly what should be changed in the design of the game.

    Please come to the support area and show me a screenshot of your problem. There seem to be several players. Please post your screenshot here so we can ask the studio about the graphical error. Thank you very much.

    Unfortunately if I take a screenshot it looks normal. The effect can be simply described as placing your thumb over the top half of the counter.

    the developers need to be able to detect the screen format of the new iPhone 13 series and design around the new notch, which is taller and narrower than the iPhone 12 series.

    @DieOmimi Thank you. The screenshot makes it look as if I can see my moves, but the top black bar covers it. Thanks for the help!!

    Yes @ravekitty. @goestoeleven has the same problem and explained it a post about you. I will pass it on in exactly the same way and refer to this thread. Since you have specified the device on which it happens, it is a great help to the studio in its research. 

    I will let you know as soon as I hear something.
