I have an idea about the stars in the game.
You could click the stars above. If you click on it you could see the dots. The number of points should be stored for each star. This makes it easier to play to the next star and you know how many points you need to get the star.

Since I play this game without Facebook and also without a purchase option, it would not be so important for me. With my current progress of about 40 levels per week, I reach the nearest star about every 14 days.
