How can I use new characters

I've been playing a lot. Now I'm in 512 level but I still can not use the new characters. All of them say downloading

. I only have the 2 basic characters. Can you help me please

I gave up trying to collect them all because sometimes the level is impassable.

Please make a standard bug fix:

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- check for updates for your game and run them

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.

How can I use new characters
