I also have not received rewards for the last two events. I think I had 9th place on the event with collecting stars that ended a few days ago. Don’t know if I would’ve gotten any rewards or not. Then the even that jus ended.. with collecting candid with ice cream cones on them, I had first place and haven’t received my reward.
For the rewards not received. Please go to the gear - question mark = help center. There you look for "Prices not received" and send an email to the support under Contact. You will then receive an automatic email. please answer them and write everything about them. Then send it off. Please keep the email you sent. If you receive further automatic emails, please ignore them. If you do not receive a personal answer from support, resend your sent email after 3 days. Much luck
