Where’s my gold?

I'm sorry that an error occurred in your game. Usually, gold bars, savegames, and your friends' characters and costumes are stored on King's servers and aren't easily lost.

How did you find that something was lost in your game? Have you bought a King account where everything is reliably stored? You can see how to do it  here.

Do you only use your device alone or does someone from your family have access to your device? Please tell me how I can help you and what exactly happened. Thanks.
