I'm sorry you didn't get the expected payment/consideration on your purchases. Purchases and purchase receipts contain personal and sometimes sensitive data. They are subject to data protection and may not be published here in the community. Therefore, please contact your provider.
I'll give you two links where our community team hasn't received notes on purchases/charges/merchandise and has put together other issues. Please follow the green font.

@Leanne2454 we don't have any proof of purchase here in the community. They are only stored in your store. Depending on whether you're playing on Win 10, Android, iOS, or Kindle Fire, there are different ways to get to your purchase receipts.
In the first link I gave you, you can read everything and go to the appropriate links depending on the platform. The links are always displayed in green font.
