Hello Dani,
I never imagined that any player would achieve a difference of zero. It can be demoralizing when a player gets such a small difference so early in the competition. Unfortunately, in mathematics, subtraction can result in a difference of zero. So, I must allow it.
This has been another "teachable moment" for me and I will include additional rules if I decide to try such a contest again. I truly value the feedback from you and @dananelle. Your experience and desire to keep players engaged and motivated is greatly appreciated.
Hi @MountainMom. I posted a similar message to @dananelle and @DaniTheOG, but it disappeared into the ether. I believed it to be a great contest, but zero cannot be a difference, as the two numbers are the same. I think therefore that I'll give this one a miss - unless a miracle happens!๐
My first (and only) attempt ๐๐ฝ
50,240 โ 50,470 = 230
This will be my only attempt because I completely agree with @CassD, @DaniTheOG, and @dananelle that there is no difference between the screenshots since they are the same ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
I only posted these because I played the levels several times and took the screenshots before I noticed what was going on with the contest ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
Hello @MountainMom Great Contest BTW. I don't see anything wrong with two scores are being the same. We are all aiming for smallest diff between two scores, right? So, zero diff makes sense to me.
The problem I see is there should be more than 3 winners. 5 is a good number, don't you think MM?
