- Force close all apps (watch, don't uninstall, just close) and turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
- After turning on your device, check if it works again.

Hi @Silviah, I suspect it's because of your device. Please tell me which device you are using and which version the operating system has. I also need the installed version of Candy Crush Friends Saga.
