That's right Elsa. A few months ago it was different. But it was an error that I had reported. I had played the event with Yeti, the surfer on a device. I had run out of life and I opened the app on another device. Suddenly I got the message that I had collected all the stickers. On the first device, however, I had only collected the first part. I received the costume on the other device and it didn't feel right. That's why I reported it. Apparently, it has now been corrected.

I didnt get this contest either I am just about ready deleate it all because this is the third or fourth contest in a row now and if I cant join in the contest then I surely don't need the community

And the devices in addition to synchronization
When I play on a device and open the event from my second device at the beginning nothing is counted
I try several times until the synchronization is done
Maybe hours or minutes or a day and sometimes it doesn't work out to complete the event on the first device
I hope you finished the event and got it.

When I opened the game on my iPad it was there and I completed the stars. The sad part is that these levels have gotten so difficult that I have to use boosters to clear them lately. I do have to say though that the levels that offer the +5 moves hidden underneath those nuts are pretty cool and I wish the studio would offer them more often.

Help! I was 2 stars away from conpleting Misty’s Spotlight Star Chaser, completed a level earning 2 stars and then the quest completely disappeared and I was not awarded the new costume. What happened and how can I fix this? 😭

@kalanilehua if I understood you correctly, you had collected 28 (out of 30) stars and completed another level with 2 stars. All in all, you had stars that were necessary for the last stickers.
Didn't you get a pop-up about getting another 50 stickers?
What does the scrapbook look like, is the new costume already included and you just didn't notice it? Or is Misty sapphire costume still to be collected (you would have to see that at the bottom of your scrapbook)?

@DieOmimi Thanks for your response! I had received the final 2 stars needed to complete the 30/30 star chaser portion and then the quest vanished from the left side of my screen along with the other quests like the delivery service. I didn’t receive any pop ups and when I checked my scrapbook I don’t even see the sapphire costume as an option to collect at the bottom of my screen or have it included with my other Misty costumes.

@kalanilehua when all the events are gone, it sounds more like your online connection is unstable. Please follow the standard troubleshooting steps:
- check your store for an update and run it
- force close all apps
- go offline
- Turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds
- after turning on the device, restore your internet connection and wait another 5 seconds
- Before opening the game, go to Settings, the question mark and wait for the help page to open. You can then close it again and open the game.
I hope that everything will be fine again.

I just got the outfit now I have no reason to play the game. Time for boredom I guess.
