@quad5, @Dvest and @kalanilehua, can you please post your Player ID. This is a technical identifier of your account that only the studio can use to look inside and check your account. No one else can do anything with this ID.ย
You can find the ID by going to your in-game profile and double-clicking on the "King" lettering above your avatar. Here is my example:
