New Idea: Allen!
Remember Allen from earlier games? He could be a Friend in this game! When you match 7 blue candies, Allen will shoot a blast with his ray-gun, randomizing candies in a 4x4 radius. Some can even be randomized into Special Candies if you’re lucky!

Allen are still available in one of our games. He is still active in Candy Crush Jelly Saga. His balloon boosters are very helpful there. I can't remember a ray gun, which game featured it?
What you suggest is definitely a nice idea. But then what happens when he randomizes candies in a 4x4 radius? Does he use it to destroy blockers or spread jam?
When we propose an idea to the studio, we want to understand exactly what is going to be implemented in the game. Maybe you can explain it in a little more detail.

It will randomly destroy blockers, too! It will deal -1 (increases a layer) to 2 layers of damage. It can spread jam, too, but only if it hits the jam directly. It will also send hearts 1 to 3 spaces towards it’s destination. This ray gun’s abilities rely on luck mostly, but it’s still very useful.

Businessman Allen: Dance: Throwing money in the air (he’s trying to fit in with the human race!)
