Star chaser counter reset?

Since the last update on CCFS the game has been reseting itself. I'm keeping all the levels I've won, but any stars made for the star chaser game, or daily login are being reset to zero. Today I even received 3 daily login bonuses. I'm on a Verizon android phone.

I am sorry you are having an issue. It looks like your phone maybe having trouble saving as the issues you mention are saved locally to the device.
Please look follow this troubleshooting for Android to see if it will correct.

All phone updates are up to date. And cache for both has been cleaned. No immediate change. I'm still missing 26 stars for the counter... It's still reading 0.

I don't think it will bring them back as they it did not seem they were never saved this is a more going forward fix. If you close out is it still giving the daily reward over and over?

It's too early to tell. It resets about every 7 hours & that was when the duplicates started. It reset about an hour ago, but when it did it also removed all of the Christmas scenery on the level

Very odd... did you do the full troubleshooting including the reinstall? Can you let us know if it does again or even if it does not?

The reinstall sent me back to level 1 even after logging in. I kept all of my costumes and the daily login counter still reads the same

are you logging in with a King or Facebook login? Your progress will be saved on the servers so its just a matter of logging in with the correct account. Try logging out, power cycling then logging back in

King account and slow . It took about 10 minutes to reload. But it also seems to be working now

That is a long time

Could just be slow the first time as it will be syncing you to the correct place? Let us know if it keeps happening
