app didn't download

I purchased 4 items, only the last one downloaded. My first purchase was $3.99, the next 3/$1.99 , only one @ 1.99 downloaded, but all were deducted from my account

King.com directed me to their site, asked me to sign in and go to settings in top right corner of screen. when I click on settings the only 2 options I have is edit profile and log out, I am not able to check my transaction history.
