How to resolve this halfway progress?

Hi guys,
I've been playing Candy Crush Friends Saga for several years. Since when I started, I participated in the Jelly Queen event back then and couldn't finish the whole event due to missing special candies for some tough challenges and timed out.
Until now, the progress of unlocking Jelly Queen is still 300/500 and just being there. The latest Jelly Queen event in 2024 gave me hope to progress more on it, but in the end, nothing changed. Even though I'd unlocked Jubilee Queen and now be able to play as her after 2-3 years, the original Queen's progress is still intact.
I would like to ask if there could be any way to progress in unlocking the original Queen. Seeing it get lost halfway made me feel quite awful.

I'm sorry that you couldn't finish the event with the Jelly Queen to collect all the stickers. I can't tell you right now when we'll have the event back in the game so you can collect the rest of the stickers.
Let me talk to our Community Manager next week to see if she has any information from the studio.
