Mine have also disappeared with the update on 12/10/24. Please restore them.
Unbelievable!😱😧 Also my BOOSTERS simply disappeared after the last game update so since today I did something for them to improve the game and even after opening the game, this had NEVER happened! 😒🙁

I'm reporting a big problem that's happening in my game right now, so when I went to play the Holiday Calendar event since I updated to the latest version ahead, I never expected that this would EVER happen after a long work to get my game resources, which then simply "disappeared" as if nothing had happened, so I'm sharing below my screenshots of what the before and after of the boosters I had looked like from the last screenshot saved in my Photo Gallery: 👇
Is there a possible way to restore all the Boosters we kept after a long work completing the three Missions and the Daily Gifts? 😔🙏

Can you tell me more about the circumstances of how this happened? Have you changed devices or reinstalled the app? Did the app crash or did you get error messages? Which device is affected, please mention the brand and software information (for example, Huawei Y7, Android version 7.1 or Samsung Galaxy A13, Android version 14 or HP laptop, Windows 11, etc.). Can I assume that it happened with the ID that is in your signature.

Yes! This morning I went to check if there would be a new "update" for the game for a newer version, and then the game had updated and it worked, for now. After some time, when I joined the community to post my entry for the day of the Holiday Calendar event, I had entered Level 6 right after wanting to take my screenshot, and after that, I had noticed something very "suspicious" in the middle of the game of the level I was going to play, because then my game Boosters suddenly went back to zero as if I was going to play the game for the first time and nothing that happened along the way that I had completed the missions to have my collection of lollipop boosters possible to advance in the new levels.
So, these were my circumstances that this does not have to be with you and just like a member of the Support Area itself, reported about this problem of the BOOSTERS having disappeared from the last update of 10/12/2024.
I have never changed my device so that I could start a new KING game so that I could start from scratch. And I don't want to get error messages because I've never seen that happen (usually).
My DEVICE, brand and SOFTWARE INFORMATION of my phone are: SAMSUNG GALAXY A22, ONE UI CORE VERSION: 5.1 and ANDROID VERSION: 13!

Hki @JONH10 thank you very much for the information. I myself have seen the update of CCFS in my store but have not yet done it. We have had a faulty update before, so it is quite possible that it was due to the update. I will report it to our CM.
At the moment, I don't want to test in my game if the update is the cause of the loss of the boosters. I've never had it that the boosters have all been lost due to an update. I will definitely get back to you when I have an answer from our CM. Usually, it can help and restore some things in your inventory.

Presumably, the current update is faulty. I haven't done it yet, but I won't be able to prevent it because my device does the updates automatically and I can't prevent it (laptop, Windows 11).
If possible, please do not run the update until we can give you the "all-clear".
