    Glad to see I am not crazy ... my boosters too was over 200 for the candy hammer and over 100 for the other 2 and now it is 1 of each

    Hope this gets fixed soon .. that's a big drop and they take so long to get too so if we all have to earn them back it will months or years for some

    Reading above ... no my app did not say error ...i did not uninstall ... I didn't even know it updated till I came on here because my tablet does it automatically with no notification .. I did not change devices

    I log in to this game every day and play the holiday and then there was only 1 booster of each kind ... then I earned some playing so now it's 1 and 1 and 3

    I closed app and opened again with the same number on boosters

    Since my last update all my boosters are gone emailed support and are trying to tell me it not on there end its my tablet and they don't store boosters on there end why would you try and blame the players for your problem?

    I'm sorry that you lost all your boosters due to a faulty update. You are (unfortunately) not alone. Many of our players feel the same way. We have a thread here in the community where we share up-to-date information on the status of the investigations. Please check out here so you don't miss anything:

    At the moment, we can only wait and see what the current investigations reveal. We will inform all our players as soon as we have an update.

    Season Greetings to you. I know our moderators have amazing skills and some awesome super-like powers, but unfortunately, omnipresence is not one of them. I reckon you might need to provide a bit more information to get the help you need. Oh, and you will get a proper welcome from someone in the kingdom too.

    And, yes, it happens to the best of us, those disappearing boosters. I don't mean to offend you, but are you sure they didn't just time out? There are some excellent tutorials and information sheets explaining the boosters far better than I can. I will see if I can find the one I found very useful when I first started to play CCFS - and I will come back and post a link to it if I do. But that stuff is quite easy to find if you have the time to go looking…

    I also lost all my booster yesterday!

    I have automatic updates on my Google account and I think that an updated version of CCFS was downloaded early.

    Hello guys, I've also lost all of the boosters I've worked so hard to earn. I've been playing for 1225 days, am at level 7738 on my tablet, had over 400 boosters. Without boosters I'm lost, I don't need to keep playing. I'm so disappointed with King. My user ID: 9973816841. The same thing happened to my wife on her tablet, her user ID: 15313755676. Please clarify this quickly.

    hello people, you're supposed to always be up to date with the latest updates and then you get screwed. You can't undo or fix that. Kind regards ChrisLutt
