I lost all the lollipops

I ran a cache cleanup and when I went back to play all my lollipops were gone, I had over 7 lollipops and lost everyone as the game has Facebook link this should not happen. I want my lollipops back

I’m sorry it happened to you, my only suggestions to you for the future reference, try not to save up to much booster, as they saved locally, and I thought you didn’t reinstall the game

hi @westhoKing has not yet had any platform to save the booster's. So you will lose if you uninstall the game.But hopefully, it will be soon resolved

Hi @westho @Beth28 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. Just for a future reference, you should know that if you reinstall the game or the game crashes, sometimes even after uapdting your game you can loose your boosters. This happens because the boosters we collect are stored on device's memory and not on King's servers. Therefore, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters. It's better if you just use them during the game. You can read more about safeguarding your boosters on the link below.
