I’m actually amazed how this is a continued problem for me! I had the bubblegum troll for 1 one day!! And it’s gone with all the other extra games. How is this even possible😳?!

Hi! Whenever I play the game offline, the activity appears, and then when I go back online, the activity is still there. When I close the game and re-enter the game, the activity disappears. So I played offline again. I'm not sure if this will work for you, please give it a try.

I also have the same problem, this thing is really annoying because I collected a large percentage of the pink points that would have made me very close to earn the new bubblegum custume, but unfortunately even those points disappeared from the scrabbook!!! All gone😑
No I haven’t got any solutions and it’s still gone☹️. Last time they could get it back but not this time. I’ve talked to support as well but they can’t do anything either. Stupid! Especially when it happens every time!

I am sorry to read that the event did not re-appear after your efforts. Unfortunately it's always the same thing in those games: events come and go and we have very little control on that. What works for one account could work for others ... or not 🤷🏻♀️ I hope that you will get it back before the deadline though.🤞🏻

The event also disappeared from my game me in the last two days. Please try clear cache and keep replaying old levels quite a few times. This worked for me and the event has been steadily on since; I hope it will for you too! 😊

That happened to me today, too. Then I repeated an old level for the daily quest and won. Afterwards the Bubblegum Troll Event was back. Please try that too.
What is wrong with this game?! Now my bubblegum troll is gone - again!! I check in daily and today its gone.
My Internet is very strong and updates comes automatically. I have also logged in every day so I don’t understand why it’s gone😔
Hi @cthidell please make sure you are using the latest version of the game. It is also very important that you have a strong and stable internet connection.
