Go to your store where you downloaded the app on your device and check if you need to update the Candy Crush Friends Saga app. We currently have version 4.8.0.0.
What version do you have and what device are you playing on?

I too have lost ALL my events after a Windows 11 update (I play on desktop app, and the CCFS version is 4.9.1.0).. This is the first time EVERYTHING has disappeared. for me. No more Sweet Streak (which had approx. 20 days still to run), along with Bubblegum Troll and my Dachs Delivery event, and I was in the Cookie Challenge (with 1 of 4 wins). I tell you, it was a crowded game map! The Dachs key is now taunting me, ME! Can you imagine????!!! It's like all the colour has gone from this happy, sunny, friendliest of friendly places. And I am wandering around here, alone, in this now rather dull, grey landscape, looking for an exit sign so I can get back to where the magic happens. So I am quite dis-spirited, not to mention disgruntled and disillusioned. All I have left are the daily challenges. And I tell you, it is NOT ENOUGH.. That this happened the other day on my birthday matters to nobody, not even myself tbh..
Oh, one other thing happened. After doing all the usual things one does when the IT people are called, all of my Level numbers disappeared. I was so terribly shocked that I immediately shut everything down, including the lights. And I had another piece of delicious cake. Which was a solution to nothing game-related, but did improve my disposition. It's hard to stay mad at the world when one is eating a delicious piece (perhaps a very large piece) of one's own birthday cake.
The game levels are back, btw. I understand this is unlikely to be a global technical issue with the game, and if it is Windows, a fix will be applied in due course.. Soon even. I guess I just needed to tell somebody. So thank you for listening. I feel better now. I even have more cake for when the going gets tougherβ¦...
Hi @Nanninomix the faulty update affects all Windows users. We reported this to the studio a few days ago and they are working on a repair. Mobile devices were not affected.

You never fail to provide an answer I understand, and in the process raise my spirits when I am feeling less than my sunny best in our friendtastic community. Just like your fellow CCFS moderators, eg @MountainMom , your words are reliable and trustworthy, and your answers are always succinct. I know, not like me AT all. Giver me a tangent and I'm off, sailing away as fast as the wind can take me..
IF I'm honest, I don't know what a Moderator does outside the obvious monitoring activity and responding as needed. As employment, I'm sure there must be a lot more to it. But I do know you (and MM) are very good at it. Technical skills can be learnt by just about anyone, but the ability to respond to others in ways they feel heard (whether intentional or not) is a gift, my friend, and you will surely go far in your life. I'm quite certain of that.
