Hi,
I need help, after the update of the game "Candy crush friends" all my challenges are gone. All I'm left with is a clean game without the big bubblegum debacle, the dachshund delivery, the biscuit challenge, the sweet streak...
refers to Windows.
I tried logging out and logging back into the game many times but nothing
please help

Hi @_Elisabeth_ It was exactly the same for me after the update. I also closed and opened the game several times. But my events only returned when I repeated an old level for the daily quest.
Use the "go to level" function and repeat a level you have already passed. Close the game and check whether events are back. You may have to repeat this a few times and then all events should be back.

Now the question is, how to get to that "go to level" function? The only thing I can do is click on the level behind the existing one, for example now I'm on level 8083 and the only thing I can do is click on 8082 ... Is that it?

Hi @_Elisabeth_ my events on the Win11 laptop still keep disappearing. Every time I open the app, it is "naked" again.
The "go to level" function works like this:go to the last portal and click on it.
Then you will see the function with a number in it. You have to delete the number. Click behind the number (in my case 8240) and use the back/delete key to remove the number. When the box is empty, type in the number of the level you want to go to.
Then click on the green button and you will be taken to the episode where your level is. You still have to scroll a little bit, but not much.
I use the function very often for the daily quest.Please let me ask our technicians about the missing events. For me they were only back for a short time but are no longer visible.

Thank you very much for your help DieOmami, there is nothing until technical support does its job. This always happens when they put a new version. I won't update anymore, if I had known I wouldn't have clicked update. I'm still on Windows 10

Hello @DieOmimi All of my events (Dachs, BBG troll) disappeared yesterday and nothing I do works to get them back. I have logged out and back in, played past levels, played a new level, everything!
I sent a message to King support yesterday and no one has responded. Help please!

Hi @MollyS I have the same problem on Windows. There was another update in the Microsoft Store to version 4.9.1.0 (on mobile devices we have version 4.9.0.0). However, the new version still has the same error. No events can be seen.
I have sent our CM a request with reference to this thread and am waiting for a response.3 -

Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything new. I was suggested to play new levels (not repeating levels I've already played). But that didn't help. Now I'm waiting for further feedback from support.
