Gold bars removed

I was working in level 79 and paid 10 gold to add additional moves. I completed the level and the the game shut down. When I reopened I was still at level 79 and my gold bars were gone! Please advise.

I would like to make sure that you have passed the level # 79 after using those 10 Gold Bars. Did you see the message of "Congratulations! you have collected all the Octopus"? You will see it ONLY if you have won the level. I just would like to make sure about it before complaining to the Community Manager.

If you did see that above message, then the trouble shooting tips provided by my friend @Foley1362 might help you to progress ahead

Hi @Pamm_Raj -
Yes, I did receive the "Congratulations!" and the Crush friend started doing their Sugar Crush dance. On her first spin was when the game froze and shut down.
