Thanks a lot for replying back and explaining more clearly   I will need these below details to elevate this issue with the Community Manager please --
1) The Device you are playing 
2) The platform you are using --  Facebook or Kingdom account
3) Your King game User ID --  Here is a link how to find out your ID  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

Thank you for providing above details   But, King User ID is a number,  but not our user name.  Please go through the link I wrote above and write back the "User ID"

That's OK @RodjiW, no worries    Now, I have everything to inform the Community Manager about it!
