Has anyone had an issue with the special games disappearing within the last two weeks?
Hi @wmdurbin92 please check your Microsoft Store for an update and install it. You should then see all ongoing events/bonus games. You may need to replay a level you've already played and close and reopen the app. It worked for me, and I hope it works for you as well.

Hello @DieOmimi 👋 This is like a cruel joke…. Yesterday I logged into my game and was surprised to see that I had the BBG Troll event and the Bonus Run levels! I was able to play a few thankfully. BUT today I opened the game and everything is gone again! I tried all the tricks, open and closing, playing levels, but nothing is working. 🙄 This is getting ridiculous

To ensure our voices are heard, please file a complaint from within your game. Use the settings, question marks, and the Events section. Once you select a topic, scroll down to "Contact Us." Describe your concern, point out the community, and explain that this isn't an isolated incident. Perhaps the studio will listen to us if many players complain in this way. I did it two weeks ago, and they said it was an isolated incident. 😥 Thank you.
This is NOT an isolated incident. The same thing is happening to me and many others on the Windows laptop platform. It has been happening for WEEKS for DDS and all other special events/challenges. Please address quickly.

Hi @MollyS I had the same experience today on the Windows platform. No DDS, and the advertised Bubblegum Troll event disappeared the next time I opened it, and it remains missing. I'm really sorry if I can't help you right now. It's Pentecost in Christian countries, and all the studio employees are on vacation. There certainly won't be a solution by the Tuesday after Pentecost—I'm afraid. I can offer the option for my contest: you just collect 100 of the required candies to complete the task. I'm really sorry if I can't be of much help right now. Hugs, I know how you're feeling. 🤗
I was hoping Dachs would return today but so far nothing. I have logged out and back in, played a few levels, etc… I had the notice the BBG troll is coming in a few days but now that has disappeared too! I want to join the pride contest that requires new levels… Please help!!
Hi @MollyS I received a message from support and was disappointed. It only contained the general troubleshooting points I'd already done before receiving a response from support. A feedback form arrived shortly afterward. No real help!
I did as you said yesterday and sent them a message. No response at all, not even an auto reply like they used to send 😒 It has been this way for some time now. Support doesn't exist anymore

@MollyS there are indeed some issues with events. Mostly, only Windows users are affected. I've been missing events on Windows for about five days, only after I updated to version 4.12.0.0. I reported it, but the studio hasn't received any further reports. On my mobile device running Android, I still have the Olivia Sheriff event and DDS (about 12 hours left).
Please report directly from your game (Settings, Question Mark, Events, and scroll down to the "Contact Us" button in the article). The more players report directly, the higher the chance the studio will listen.
Yes, I played Dachs Delivery last night and when I opened the game this morning, it is gone. It usually doesn't end for another 12 hours or so….
