I can’t do level 320 as I don’t have the characters
I am on level 320 and I don’t have the 2 characters needed to play this level. I did an upgrade around level 290 and lost all my characters but was able to re start at 290 via support, although I lost all my characters and bonus items and had to start collection from scratch again...even though I do all the challenges etc I still havnt managed to collect enough stickers for the 2 character options they are giving me. I have asked support and they said to post on here. I have logged out and cleared cookies etc. Can anyone please advise.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! By any chance, did you take a screenshot of your Scrapbook after collecting certain characters?
This issue definitely needs to be escalated to the Community Team to get the help you need! But, they will need your game user ID number.... this link will show you how to find it https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

You can post them here itself! Your ID number will not be used by anybody else except for the King officials
And to post the scrapbook screenshot, click on "Attach Image" icon that is located in the tool-bar (along with Emoticon, etc.,) and select "Choose Files".

This above screenshot of the Scrap book is what you have right now, isn't it? I was wondering about whether you have taken a screenshot before you have lost all your collected characters!!
Also, that screenshot shows only top part of the scrapbook. Please scroll down and take another pic as all the characters not visible properly!
