Stuck at level 540

I HAVE PASSED LEVEL 540. MY QUESTION IS WHY IS IT NOT LETTING ME GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL? I'VE DONE UPDATED THE GAME AND ITS NOT LETTING ME PASS THRU

I was stuck on level 540. I updated the game. Nothing. I followed directions on this site. Took screenshots, deleted, reinstalled... I lost everything. Kinda pissed. What can I do to restore my game?

We've been having issues and are very sorry about it. Re-installing usually works. When you say you lost everything, I assume you're referring to your boosters. What abut your levels? Are you back to level 1 or?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! For this issue to be resolved, you will have to delete and reinstall the App into your device. But, first make sure that your game is saved through Kingdom account OR Facebook account.
