Error message when trying to send lifes (FIXED)

From yesterday I can not ask for life's and I can not send life's as well this has happened before not so long ago

    Hello @Yvonne25, Welcome back to the Community!  Hope you are having a nice day :)  

    I am assuming you are logged into the game through Facebook account!  If so, there has been issue with sending Lives through Facebook!!  It is the same issue for King games and non-King games as well.  

    Unfortunately, King will not be able to do anything for this!!  I think the fix has to come through/from Facebook and till the fix comes, I think we have to bear it  :oo:)

    Aa @PummyRaj mentioned, there are indeed some technical issues with lives at the moment and we're sorry about that.

    I wanted to let you know that we are aware of this issue, and we are currently working with Facebook to fix it. There's no need for you to do anything from you side - just sit tight and check this post for updates from time to time. 

    It's worth pointing out that this issue should only impact your ability to send lives requests, nothing else. This means you can otherwise continue playing as normal 😉

    I updated all my King apps on 9/2/19. Since then I cannot send, request or receive lives. I cleared the cache and restarted my device. My sister who plays on another type of device has the same problem! I use android, she uses a Kindle. 

    The latest update has some sort of bug or incorrect code in it. Everything was fine before the update and only started after the update was installed. Please fix!!

    I usually play every day. It'd be great if you could have more than 5 lives, though. And make it easier to get gold bars, lives, characters and the lollipops. Right this minute (actually all day long today), I've been unable to ask my Facebook friends for lives or send them lives. Other games I've played don't take near as long to fix.

    This is my 3rd attempt at a resolution. Very frustrated. Ive done what you said in email and tried resolving thru discussions etc. Ive updated both my friends saga and soda crush. Both games do not allow me to send or ask for lives. Please stop giving me the same giving me the response you have sent me already. FB says its not their issue. Stop beating around the bush. Ive noticed this has been a problem with other players as well.

    I'm having the dame problem and at least 4 other players, too. The latest update must have a bug or incorrect coding. I've also done all the things they say (clear cache, make sure it's updated, restart device, uninstall and reinstall app) all to no avail. Plus when you delete  you lose all your boosters and restart days playing at zero. 

    Wish I could be of more help, just wanted you to know it's a problem with many players.

    I haven't been able to send or receive lives foe quite a few weeks and it is frustrating to say the least.  This is the second time I am inquiring about this issue.  What's up?
