Why daily and quest prizes are only granting one point

hello support, since yesterday my daily bonuses and quest prize boxes (no matter what size) are only granting one point toward a power up. Although multiple points to friend costumes are working, this feels like a bug.

Please help, I’ve had one dog prize box, two daily prizes and 5 daily quest prizes since yesterday that have yielded only one point toward a booster each. The game is only 1% as rewarding when my efforts don’t yield boosters. 😬

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Yes, that does not sound right at all!!! By any chance, did you take a screenshot when you were claiming any of those gifts? If so, can you please post it here?

1) Device you are using to play the game;
2) Are you logged in through Facebook or Kingdom account;

Only receiving one point per lollipop hammer or lightning cloud each prize, no matter what size

The hammer was 24 and the lightning cloud was 19. I have been only getting one point per box
