Why am I not able to watch videos for free play?

Hi @tatumlynn6 - welcome to our friendly community. The video ads should still be an option for those that had it previously is my understanding. Please make sure your game is up to date and you clear your cache and cookies every once in awhile.

Hi @tatumlynn6 Just to add what my fellow superstar @Foley1362 ‘watch video’ feature are still on testing group at this moment and as the testing the feature might still come and go, you are actually part of the luckiest one to have it on your game, most of us including myself still don’t have it yet, hopefully in a future we all have it and it will stay permanently. Hi @tatumlynn6 and warm welcome to the community! Not everyone has access to all the features in their game, that is why you don’t have ads for extra moves. 

We want everyone to fully enjoy their game experience as we work hard to bring out the best in every King game. This may be frustrating for you, but it’s for your own experience. We want your game to be running smoothly and we can’t have too many players interfering with your free time.
