Unfortunately it seems I have lost the holiday calendar quest 3 days ago. I read the FAQ, cleared my cache and cookies and restarted my iPhone and the game 3 times but it hasn’t worked. ID 1007946933. Thank you!

I am very sorry to hear that the Holiday Calendar event has disappeared from your game!! After following the trouble-shooting steps, did you play few levels and checked? If not, try this again please (in this particular order)...
Force close the App ---> disconnect from the Internet ---> Clear Cache/cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to the internet source ---> Log back into the game ---> Play 1 or 2 levels (you might have to pass them) ---> Now check if you got the event back!!
If this still does not bring up your event, unfortunately, we are out of luck currently Because, the Community In-charge team are out of the office due to Holidays and will be back only on the first week of January!! I can send complaint to them after they come back only!!
Just a thought... if you have access to a different device, try to play the game on it and see if brings up the event!!

Thank you for your quick response. I tried doing that again but still the same. It did come up on another device that I don’t use very often but I lost out on a couple days. There’s always next year! 😃 Merry Christmas!!!
