I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! To answer part of your question, NO! It is not normal to "not receive the End Map Reward"!! You said, since a good time, do you remember when did it start?

Couple of months ago or so, there was a glitch/bug in the game that has caused this issue! But, it was all taken care by the King Studio and was fixed a while ago

Can you please post below details --->
1) When did the problem start in your game?
2) What version do you have right now?
3) Your game user ID number -- this link will help you to look for it Find My ID

I don't remember when the problem begin, but i think it's more 2 months...
And the version number is 1.27.6

I apologize for my delayed reply... it has been a very busy week during the Holidays and New Year's!

I am sorry to know that you have not been receiving the "End Map" reward from past few months!! Do you remember how many episodes you might have finished? I will request our Friends game Community In-charge to help you out with this. But, they would want to know how many you have missed (if not to be exact, probable count also will do)!

All of the team are off for the weekend, and will be coming back on Tuesday. I will get back to you with an update on either late Tuesday or Wednesday

I did not get a chance to inform the Community Manager last week as I got a bit busy with my personal life! I sincerely apologize for that 🙏🏻
