Why has the Dunk the Cookies Challenge Disappeared?

Cookie dunk is missing from iPad but not iPhone. I had 2 levels down and finished third when I noticed it was missing. I want my challenge back. I have 14 days left on it.1

I’ve tried all the above mentioned fixes including winning 3 more levels.

Having not heard back from you, I decided to delete the game and reinstall. However, the cookie challenge did not return and instead the jelly queen challenge reappeared, which I had already completed (and has since finished). A new cookie challenge has begun, but the old one with my progress is lost.
