@Jayssen You are welcome. This is really odd. I have never seen before 0 instead of an actual ID. When ch device and OS are you using? First, you need to check if your connection works and then check what version is your game. The latest version should be 1.30.3.

Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Missing items). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

I fixed this by logging in and out in the game (of Facebook). This is such a buggy game.
