I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Can you please tell me which steps have you tried till now?
Usually, if there are any connection issues, the Re-installation would clear the issue and let's us play our game again. It usually clears small bugs too.
But, your game did not improve after reinstalling it! Hence, I am guessing there could be an issue with the storage! Can you check how much storage you have left on your device? Another reason could be our device not able to support the game App! Is your device an updated one?
