Hi, I had a notification that everyone would have free unlimited lives all week but I only had them for 2 days?!

Can you please give me few details:

1) Which country are you living in?

2) When did you see the pop-up that "Free Unlimited Lives All week"? And which game?

3) By any chance did you take a screenshot of that pop-up?

I need these details as the offer was given for certain period of time but not for whole month. Once, you provide these details, I can check and get back to you with further assistance / information.

I’m in the U.K, it said free lives all week not all

month. I didn’t take a screenshot of the pop up I’m afraid. It was on Wednesday. I understand it is something you were offering after the U.K. was locked down due to coronavirus.

Also it was on candy crush. I had 17 hours left last night then that disappeared 5 minutes later.
