Not loading on Facebook (Windows 10 PC)

Yesterday and today the game is not loading on Facebook on my PC. No error message, just a white screen. I have tried Firefox, Chrome and IE with the same result. I went to your FAQ where it suggest checking to see if the browser is optimized. Unfortunately there is no actual link, it's just text but since it's doing this on three different browsers I'm pretty sure that's not the issue.

I am sorry to know about the issue in your game!!

I just want to let you know that, the problem is not your device or your internet connection! It was the same for me too and I heard the same from some other players too!! So, I can surely say it is the issue with Facebook itself!

Not sure which game you are referring to, but it was the same for all Candy games, Farm, and Pet games!

Candy and Farm are working today. But, you will have to keep on hitting "Refresh" the tab multiple times, then we would enter into the game.

So, whatever you do does not work, because like I said above, it is not the issue from our side! I got frustrated at a point to keep refreshing the screen! I am not trying anymore till late night 😔

Thank you but this is on my Windows 10 PC not my phone so none of this applies. The phone app works fine.

You are right, it is all the games. I've logged in and out of Facebook multiple times, restarted my computer. All of a sudden it appears to be working but is very slow. I even tried on another computer.

Thank you it is actually all the Facebook games. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall FB on my computer and see what happens.

Nothing worked. This morning I tried CCS (I've given up on the others) on a laptop and desktop both with Chrome and Firefox. Now getting 'connection was reset' in Chrome, still a white screen in Firefox.
