Why did it delete my winnings

I beat the spring event and started playing the regular levels and I lost so I tried to quit and it wouldn’t let me. I am out of gold bars and I’ve already spent over 60 bucks in the game so I couldn’t buy anymore. It just froze so I had to cut it off and my phone and when I restarted it it made me start all over again with the spring event and some of the levels I already beat. It’s not fair and I spent real money on gold bars just to keep playing and win the spring event. I got the reward at the end and everything but now it looks like I lost. Also the game keeps freezing and it won’t let me quit unless I buy more gold bars to keep playing. Please fix this cause I would really hate to be out of $60 bucks. I don’t mind paying for stuff if I get what I paid for. Please please fix. I am playing candy crush friends on a iPhone XR.

Just force close the game! Don’t use money !!!

u have a choice to quit, this game is free to play!!! It is not forcing u!!!!!!!!!!!

check whether u have more than 2GB of memory left as u encounter several freezing issue

@stan1981 I have memory on my phone and yes I can quit if I force quit the game. After I force quit the game and restarted my phone I went back to the game and it made me start over again. I lost everything. I didn’t do anything wrong. I thought maybe it will fix itself so I started playing the regular levels and every time I hit the button to quit it won’t let me, if I hit the button to buy more gold bars to continue that works. I use real money to buy gold bars and boosters. It’s not a problem as long as I get what I paid for. I’ve been playing the candy crush games for like 6 years now. I know they are free. I’m just asking that they fix the bug. That’s all homie. Thanks for trying to help me anyway. Stay safe and happy gaming.
