Where are my rewards for passing an episode?

Level 2

I just completed level 1020. Never got my rewards the map just went straight to three next episode. I played the next level just to see if maybe it would show up them, but I still got nothing.

    Please go to the question mark in your game on the gear. There you come to the aid. Check for prices not received. If you cannot find anything that could help you, please send an email and explain your problem. The subtopic: prices not received. Then an automatic email comes and you explain everything again. As a precaution, please provide your ID number. Good luck

    Where do I find my ID number? Nothing in that FAQ page helped at all. There's nothing for prizes not being recieved.

    Is OK now, I guess. I haven't passed another episode yet to tell if it's been fixed. I've been supposedly getting "test items" added to my account, but I couldn't tell you what they were because none of my boosters have changed in quantity

    With regards to the "Test Items" --> Did you receive any email or saw a pop-up in your game that "test items" are being added to your account? If you did, will you be able to show me a screenshot / copy and paste that specific part of that email/message?

    So, that I can clarify you what it could be?
