I cannot find out where I can put my comments in and say Hi! Can someone please tell or show me?

As @stan1981 and @Trish24 have already stated you are posting your comments correctly. I took a screenshot to show you the box that you should be typing in, when you're finished typing and you're ready to send you a message all you have to do is press the green reply button on the bottom of this box. hope this answers your question.

There are lot of those "Say Hi" threads! Since you are in the Candy Friends area, I will add one of that link AND also another main link that is located in "Player's Corner"
1) The link in the Candy Friends game Community ---> "Where are you playing from".
2) This link takes you to the main thread in "Players Corner", where thousands of other players have posted ---> Don't be Shy, Say Hi
Once you click on those links (with Green fonts), you will be taken to the first page of those threads. All you have to do is -- scroll all the way down to the part where you see an empty comment box just like you see here (below to my comment). Simply type your message in that box and once you are done, click on "REPLY" that is highlighted at the bottom right corner.
Done! You have posted your first message in one of those "Say Hi" links. (And it is the same way with both the threads).
And now, if you would like to look at the message you have posted, refresh the page once, and go to the last page in that thread. In the 2nd link I gave above, there are 1982 pages (as of now). So, you will be taken to that last page and you ca read your comment.
If you would like to change something you wrote OR to add something else, you can do that too. You simply have to click on the "Cog Wheel" icon that you can see at the top right corner of your comment box - then you will see the option "EDIT", click on it, and your comment will be open to make any changes you would want to. But, remember, you can make any changes to the comments you have posted only for 24 hours.
Also, we cannot delete any comments we have posted. So, please be careful while posting your comments... make sure you do not give out any personal information, post personal pictures, etc., because this is a Public Forum.
OK, I have included all the details I could think of and my friend @gr33n3y3z has provided a screenshot also for your convenience.
Please post back and let us know if you need any more info. You can post back by simply typing in the comment box given below.
