The game lags horribly on a supposedly high end processor

But sometimes when the internet runs a lot perfect, the game is laggy i don't understand that... possibly the phone is the problem if your internet is working fine because probably you have to force stop all the apps and games and also background apps also you have to clear the cache, because the cache are make your phone storage a lot bad and possibly this cost the game been laggy, also turn off and on your phone and then open the game! i did that and the game runs amazing!
