I'm not getting my credit for my achievements. Twice I got candy combo (wrapped candy & sprinkle color candy) and didn't get it on my leaderboard. I know I have to win the level to get the credit, which I did. Please help and fix. As of now, I'm 3/20 but should be 5/20.

Can you please give me these below details, so that I can escalate this issue to our Candy Friends Community In-charge?
1) Device you are using;
2) Your game user ID number
Also, by any chance, did you take screenshots of your progress? If so, can you please post them too?

Just wondering... did you try to log out of the game and getting back in? Also, log out of the game and restart the device? These 2 steps helped some players to "update" the progress for some reason! It is always worth a try 🙂
And with regards to finding your game user ID number ---> Before entering into a level, click on "Settings" (the Cog wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" button -- Your profile screen will be opened -- double click on the "King Emblem" and you will see your game ID number 👍️

No! Having "pre-game boosters" does not matter and should not either.
Sorry! What I meant to say in my above post was that, some players have told me that when they log out of the game and log back in, they could see that the "the missing points were added to their Dachs Event" (that's why, I said "progress"). Very sorry for the confusion 😅
Oh no, sorry, there's no confusion....I logged out restarted my phone and nothing happened. I thought maybe that playing w pregame boosters was the problem, but if that's not it, now what? At this point I should b at 6 and I'm still at 3, while anytime I play w other "dach quests", I'm pulling ahead.

Just to add to what our Superstar @PummyRaj said: After logging out from the game, remember to clear cache and cookies from your device - This step is important and should help. It has worked for many other players. Then switch your device off and on and go back to the game.
