I would like you to try one more step please...
Log out of the game -- Disconnect from WiFi -- Clear Cache -- Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes -- reconnect to WiFi and log back into the game -- now, check if the glitch is rectified.
If it did not, please let me know along with your game user ID number, so that I can escalate this issue to our Friends Community In-charge, so that they can alert the Studio.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Which level are you on currently? Can you please show me a screenshot of the level -- the beginning screen, where we hit "Play"?
There was another player who posted yesterday about the same glitch, and looks like you have posted in that thread. I did not check your comment there yet!
Can you please tell me few more things (along with above).... which device you are using? What version do you have right now and did you update the App recently? Also, did you try any basic trouble shooters like closing the game App and restarting your device, etc.,?
Please post back these details by typing your reply in the comment box given below. And to post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon that is located in the bottom left corner of the comment box.

I'm currently on level 9 of the cloud kingdom, I closed the game, restated my device which is a Samsung galaxy note 9. I am running version 1.40.3. To my knowledge I haven't updated the game. Thanks for such a quick response. Also I'm running Android Pie with one ui 2.1

Oh! If you need help with finding your game user ID number 👇️
If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it here 🙂

We have escalated about this issue to the "Friend's" Community In-charge team. So, they are already on it.
But, for every issue, we must try everything from our end to see if anything works out. So, trying the trouble shooting steps is the first and foremost step we must take for any and every glitch 🙂
