I played on facebook too, but there I couldn't get any lives. So I changed to king.com where I at least got some lives. Werner, if you use Chrome browser (the others I don't know), you can make a right click and choose "translate" to understand easily foreign-language comments.

You might be right because I didn't get any other life (exclude the 1 above mentioned) and any requests for lives. Very strange because I'm playing high levels on King.com and most of my "friends" are behind me.

Today - on King.com - I received 1 life (only 1, but better than nothing) after 1 month not getting any. I really hope that this is the solution we expected so long.

Peewee, are you sure that the lives arrive? If you don't get lives it is because they don't arrive also if your friends send them.

I'm playing the game on king.com and still get no lives and cannot send them. It passed a week since we signaled this. Sure that someone is working on a fix?

I get no lives and I fear, my answers on requests for help don't get through, too. Also I'm playing on King's plattform.

I'm not on facebook and I hope that they will adjust the game on king's platform. At the moment we cannot win any booster and this kills many fun moments of the game. The game worked fine for many many years, why did someone touch it?

Hallo, for a long time now I get no lives, nothing, really none, absolute zero ... even though facebook shows that my friends sent them. I play on facebook, PC, Win 8.1, browsers IE and Chrome. Can you solve please? Thx

Me again ... I still get no lives. I cleared my browser cookies and added new friends (they appeared) but nothing helped: also if fb shows me that lives arrived, in the game I get no lives and nobody get my transmitted lives. This happens since last November when the worldwide glitch began. What can I do?

Thx Elsa. But friends, who have had the same problem, now get lives. So it's hard to believe that it is my personal facebook glitch.
