Why can't I send or receive lives from friends?

    Playing via my app downloaded to my iPhone. Cannot receive lives from player friends. Always play on my mobile.

    Hi guys, the studio has made a change with the lives and you can read more about it here:https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/257766/candy-crush-sagas-new-account-view

    If you are playing the game on king.com then that is a glitch and the studio is working on a fix.

    I am receiving lives but cannot send them - I am playing through Facebook and am ahead of all my friends so none of them have already passed the level. Can I not send lives to those lower than me on the leaderboard? @Jelly Jenny

    I'm playing the game on king.com and still get no lives and cannot send them. It passed a week since we signaled this. Sure that someone is working on a fix?

    Idila, this has been going on since King's update May 29. Lots of promises that it's being worked on, but no resolution yet. Beginning to wonder.......

    I wouldn't want to be a programmer at King right now.  It's like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

    Also unable to send lives, but I can receive them.  My list of friends does not appear.

    Elsa, I am now able to send Lives but still cannot receive them.

    Peewee, are you sure that the lives arrive? If you don't get lives it is because they don't arrive also if your friends send them.
