They haven't necessarily added moves, they may have changed the level in other ways. Try exiting and trying again.

Level has been changed today (about 2 hours ago). Also, following level (12872 - added 6 moves) and other nightmare levels changed (12874, 12883, 12887 - added 8 moves, 12889 - added 6 moves, 12892 - added 8 moves), so I suggest you check again. Just imagine how much of a night mare those levels were - if they added 6 or 8…

I can only recommend - if you haven't done so already - emailing them and trying to pass the level with a couple of party boosters. Personally, I don't recommend spending money - though that's definitely what they are trying to do with these impossible levels. Hopefully, they will change their ways if enough people hold…

I'm on 12880 now - it has been changed about an hour ago, and seems very difficult but certainly doable now (last try - I was just 2 moves short of finishing it)

I don't want to discourage you, but there's a stretch of those, and 12784 isn't the worst of them. The worst one I've currently met is probably 12880. What a sad situation - King decided that adding 5 moves will change this stage to possible. What a sad joke. People used multiple party boosters and additional 35 moves. What will 5 more moves help ?

Usually King doesn't make changes over the weekend. I would suspect changes done tomorrow morning. I saw that some people e-mailed King and received 5 party boosters which along with extra steps got them through this level. I e-mailed King but didn't receive any boosters, but maybe you will.
