I lost all my levels
I had my levels bound to my new facebook account and got to lvl 175, when i changed back to my old facebook account everything just dissapeard and i can't use my new facebook account anymore. So, what should i do? I sent 4 messages and didnt get any answeres yet.

Not getting lives from friends
I have found that when friends send me lives and I hit the envelope, it just empties and I never get the lives. Is anyone else having this problem?

No piggy bank
Hi everyone. I’ve been playing for atleast a year and have never had the piggy bank in my game. Today I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall it and the piggy bank came up, but once I’d logged in with Facebook it was gone again. Can anyone help please?

game says I'm on wrong level
When ever I load candy crush jelly it says that I am on level 76 with my little picture. In reality I am on level 246. why is it doing this and how can I get it to show me on the right level. I play this game on my laptop so its has nothing to do with my phone. Thank you
