in-app purchase not received
made in-app purchase through paypal to microsoft but did not receive it. Message said error on their end and my account was not charged, but my account was charged. When I tried to repurchase app message said I already owned it. Can anyone help? ( I play game on my laptop using windows 10)

Won’t connect to Facebook, too many redirects
I am using an iPad, when trying to connect with Facebook I am getting an error message, Safari cannot connect, too many redirects.

Level 1291 technical error?
Only 1 puffler, but the board is continuously scrolling, not stopping. And I lost all lives and boosters because of it. Please fix it. Thank you!

Save Misty level one
I'm on the first level of Save Misty. There's supposed to be four pufflers but when I wipe out all the blocks there's no pufflers to find. Once I was able to find one but when I cleared the remaining blocks there wasn't any more. I've restarted my phone but it didn't help. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did…

Jelly timer restarts, and is now missing last I checked.
I'm at level 100 in Candy Crush jelly saga. I have screencaps of the timer restarting, but as of today, the timer simply isn't there, and is requesting either friends or gold bars. Looking at the other questions, it seems this may be an issue for the Tech staff? Help?

King.com doesn't recognise that I have Jelly saga installed.
only recognises that I have installed on my mobile phone. Unable to gain 'friends' for the game. Unable to play game through King.com only on facebook.
