iPad won't sync with iPhone
I'm on level 242 on my iPhone, but now my iPad isn't synced with it. I'm back to level one and it won't bring up any of my Candy Crush Jelly friends. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game from my iPad, but nothing worked. Please help. Thank you.

Locked out for 70 hours.
After playing for a while, I get locked out and can't play for 70 hours. Why is this happening every few days? I don't like waiting so long and I can't afford to buy levels Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

Finally beat level 85. But it doesn't move on. Why?
It took forever to beat this level. I did, switched to another screen to check mail while all the (dopey) graphics did their thing. Then when I go back... Still sending me to 85.

Level 197 crashing
Twice I have won level 197 on Jelly Saga - and both times it crashed. The screen just goes into slow-mo then stops. I am on iPhone 6, fully up to date on the app. Please help

have I reached the end of the available levels at 240? I've successfully completed the level and am not progressing on.

Level 1933 is not consistent on iPad / iPhone and what you show online. It has multi layer blocks
instead of whip on outer edge the upper level is all multi layer blocks. Please fix for iPad iPhone users

Why CC Soda transferred levels but not CC Jelly
Candy Crush Soda transfered to my new IPad restoring the correct level. Candy Crush Jelly did not restore correct level and put me back at Level 1. How can this be and more importantly how can I restore my Jelly levels?
