Next level won't unlock
Jelly Saga won't unlock next level, stuck at 3 days left. Received ticket #2813289 without any response to my problem.

Hi there, I had completed level 340 for over a week now and still am unable to progress.
I had completed level 340 for over a week now. I don't have a timer just a 'blocked' sign. I'm unable to request friends to help pass nor am I able to view a timer to pass. Not sure what I've done wrong.

The game says I need to wait 3 days to unlock the next episode. this is the 4th. day and it's still telling me to wait 3 days. It has not change the wait time at all. I love playing this game but it wont let me move on, I'm stuck, please help!

I also play on my mobile devices and can see there are more levels available. How can I get my laptop to reflect the same number of available levels that are on my mobile devices?
