been playing jelly saga since it came out on android it loads on my pc and puts me back to level 1 not the level i am currently on . i also cant play with friends or send or receive lives please help

My lives keep going to 0 after just one game
If i run out of lives, then come back after a bit and have accumulated for eg. 3 lives, then play just one game, the lives jump down to 0. Likewise the time left before i receive another life goes to 27mins, no matter what it was before i played that round.

problem with unauthorized purchase
Last night apparently I bought 14.99 worth of bars. I did not authorize the purchase and it is off on my phone. How Can I assure this does not happen again?

How can i get past level 150 in jelly saga.

Lifes disapear
How come that when playing Jelly Saga lifes go from 5 to zero after just playing one game and counting to a new game restarts to almost 30 minutes. Trying to play this game through Facebook but it says not connected? Can not play on mobile as don't have one. Also our house shares a computer and after another in the family played their game on Facebook mine came up with the same level but I couldn't get past level 1.
