Hi there, I had completed level 340 for over a week now and still am unable to progress.
I had completed level 340 for over a week now. I don't have a timer just a 'blocked' sign. I'm unable to request friends to help pass nor am I able to view a timer to pass. Not sure what I've done wrong.

Am already done at level 360 of candy crush jelly game but next level seem not open to me continue the next level 361. Please advice.

Unable to pass onto the next episode in Candy Crush Jelly, its been 4 days now
The game says I need to wait 3 days to unlock the next episode. this is the 4th. day and it's still telling me to wait 3 days. It has not change the wait time at all. I love playing this game but it wont let me move on, I'm stuck, please help!

I am using Windows 10 on my laptop, and can't get it to update more levels, why?
I am using Windows 10 on my HP Laptop and have been playing Candy Crush Jelly with no issues until recently. I can not get any levels past 340. I also play on my mobile devices and can see there are more levels available. How can I get my laptop to reflect the same number of available levels that are on my mobile devices?

Candy crush Jelly freezes.
Games in CCJ freezes oftentimes, especially after a level is done (wether completed successfully or not). Please investigate. Game reviews shows many users with this same problem.

As of yesterday I can't connect to Facebook when playing Jelly Saga on my Kindle Fire.
Every time I try to connect when playing I get the message "failed to connect to Facebook". My Jelly Saga app is updated.
