Why is it that Everytime I'm on a streak and ready to win the chest does the game say no internet connection when I have excellent connection? It can not get any better then the 100 % I already have? This game is so fustrating and seems a bit rigged. Anyone else have this problem?

I originally started playing Candy Crush by logging in through Facebook. Now I can’t use my new avatar to my email *Edited by CM: personal information* because that’s my Facebook email and I can’t login on here with that email because it says email already in use.
