I just completed level 5 with 3 stars and he still won't wake up...have restarted the game...nothing

This is happening to me at the moment, how is this fixed?

Please King Care fix mine!!!!! I have had way more than it says I needed and they keep disappearing. In the new Odus it opened up but I did not pass and then it closed again and will not open. For me, this has just been a waste!!

I have also made i through all 5 levels and odus is still sleeping?? Did you not fix it?
